Oberhofen 9 December 2015 - With resorts in the Northern Hemisphere opening their chairlifts, excitement for the winter season building. Amongst those ready for the snow are the SnowKidz Organisers. Who now number 300.
On the 1st June 2015, the number of Organisers stood at 145. In the short space of five months that number has more then doubled.

As the number of Organisers rises so do the stakeholders involved. Currently 35% of the over 300 Organisers are Ski/Snowboard Clubs. Ski and Snowboard schools make up 14% followed closely behind by Event Organising Companies who account for 12% of the total number. Rounding out the top five are National Ski Associations at 11% and Ski resorts at 9%. The number of participating countries has also increased to now 42.

Of course this achievement would not be possible without dedicated partners. FIS would like to thank Audi, The World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry, The European Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry, Atomic, Blizzard, Elan, Fischer, Head, Nordica, Salomon, Tecnica, Tyrolia, Marker, Völkl, Amwerk Internova, APA Werbemittel, Liski, skis.com and snowboards.com.
